RESEARCH INTERESTS
My PhD with Masud is funded through a Marie Curie grant provided by the European Commission, titled Individualised Diagnostics and Rehabilitation for Attentional Disorders (INDIREA). My research focusses on (in)attention and working memory, on both a fundamental and an applied level. Recent examples include work on how the pupillary light reflex reveals shifts of covert spatial attention, and an ongoing investigation of potential neuropharmacological treatments of inattention.
My other research interests include decision making (particularly the roles that reward and effort play in human choices), and occasional sidesteps into different fields (including emotional and anxiety disorders).
